Powdered Face Highlighters will come blank or with your logo on the top of the box & highlighter palette. Your logo will not be printed on the inside when you open the palette.
* "Sample” orders will NOT come with your logo printed on them. Please include the color and number of highlighter you want in the order notes before checkout*
Private Label Instructions:
- Please send artwork via Email to Support@ShopHerBoss.com within 48 HOURS of your order and please allow 24 hours to create mock-up design.
- Once you approve the mockup, your order will begin processing. Current processing time: 5 business days after artwork is confirmed.
- Once your order is printed, it will ship either via UPS or DHL Express. Standard delivery time: 5-6 business days
** Overall these should arrive within 2 - 3 weeks after placing order (unless rush my order is purchased, then will arrive within 2 weeks). Recommended that you DO NOT take orders from your customers until these arrive to you for you to review.

Shipping Policy
Our current processing time is 4-6 business days (business days are Mon-Fri). Orders will ship AFTER processing and shipment generally takes 3-5 business days. Expect to have your order 2-2.5 weeks after you order.
All ready to ship items ship via USPS Ground. Private Label items ship UPS/DHL/USPS/FEDEX Ground unless expedited.
All orders can be tracked on the "track your order" page once they have shipped.

Refund Policy
All sales are final. We are unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges unless a product has arrived defective.
Gift cards are not refundable.
Damages and issues
In the unlikely event that you receive the wrong item, contact our support team immediately within 48 hours of receipt. Customers must include photos of the issue.
How to Order Private Label
- Select the items you want and upload your logo via the upload box found above "add to cart"
- Enter shade selections or new shade names* (rename not included - must purchase rename stickers fee here) in your cart directly before checkout
- Once you purchase, a mockup will be sent to the email entered at checkout within 24 hours of you placing your order for you to approve the print or to request modifications.
- Once you approve the printing, your processing time begins. Your order will ship after processing and you will receive a email to track your order.
- Wait for your items to arrive at your doorstep ready to sell :)
