Shipping Policy

Nothing means more to us than bringing our customers great value and service. Here are our FAQ regarding shipping and our policies:

 

HOW DO YOU SHIP PACKAGES?

All our packages are shipped by : FEDEX, DHL, UPS, RoyalMail, SpeedX, Yanwen, Uniuni or USPS.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

Unless specified otherwise, all items will be processed and shipped within 5-7 business days after placing your order if ordering samples or 5-7 business days after approving your mockup to print if ordering customized items. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays. Some delays may occur due to high orders or unforeseen events. Thank you for your understanding.

DO YOU SHIP WORLDWIDE?

Yes. We provide shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some location we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you. Expect your order to arrive to your doorstep within 2-3 weeks of order placement date.

WHAT ABOUT CUSTOMS?

Outside of the United States of America, we are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

DO YOU PROVIDE TRACKING INFORMATION?

Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received any tracking info within 8 business days, please contact us.

MY TRACKING SAYS “NO INFORMATION AVAILABLE AT THE MOMENT”.

For some shipping companies, it takes 2-3 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 3 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.

WILL MY ITEMS BE SENT IN ONE PACKAGE?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages.
