Refund policy

PLEASE NOTE: ALL SALES ARE FINAL. THERE ARE NO RETURNS OR REFUNDS ON ANY PRIVATE LABEL/CUSTOMIZED PRODUCTS.

We DO NOT accept exchanges.

We ONLY ship replacements if you received the incorrect item and you would prefer a replacement instead of a refund for the missing merchandise from your order.


Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. You have 3 days from date of delivery to contact us about any damaged or incorrect items.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your damaged/missing item claim, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days or we will ship the replacement items to you per your request.

Please remember it can take about 2-5 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund depending on your financial institution.

If more than 10 business days have passed since we’ve approved your refund and you did not receive it, please contact us at support@shopherboss.com.

 

Exchanges
Exchanges are NOT accepted. If you receive the incorrect item than what was ordered, we will ship the corrected item to you free of charge or refund you for the item per your request.

 

Sale Items and Gift Cards
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

Due to the health and safety of our staff, we currently do NOT accept exchanges.

 

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
