‣ After you fill out the questionnaire, we design your custom logo based on your answers and send you the first draft within 1 business day.
‣ Choose one custom logo out of all you like best, then if you need you can request revisions on the selected logo design. (Revisions take up to 24 hours)
‣ The rest of the package (if any) will be made once logo is approved.
‣ After you give us consent, we will send you the files through email to the email provided at checkout.

Shipping Policy
Our current processing time is 4-6 business days (business days are Mon-Fri). Orders will ship AFTER processing and shipment generally takes 3-5 business days. Expect to have your order 2-2.5 weeks after you order.
All ready to ship items ship via USPS Ground. Private Label items ship UPS/DHL/USPS/FEDEX Ground unless expedited.
All orders can be tracked on the "track your order" page once they have shipped.

All sales are final. We are unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges unless a product has arrived defective.
Gift cards are not refundable.
Damages and issues
In the unlikely event that you receive the wrong item, contact our support team immediately within 48 hours of receipt. Customers must include photos of the issue.
How to Order Private Label
- Select the items you want and upload your logo via the upload box found above "add to cart"
- Enter shade selections or new shade names* (rename not included - must purchase rename stickers fee here) in your cart directly before checkout
- Once you purchase, a mockup will be sent to the email entered at checkout within 24 hours of you placing your order for you to approve the print or to request modifications.
- Once you approve the printing, your processing time begins. Your order will ship after processing and you will receive a email to track your order.
