These tubes come with your logo printed directly on them. This listing only includes front tube printing and front + back box printing. If you want four sided customized boxes or 2 sided tubes, it is an additional charge, please message us for this pricing.
If you are adding custom printing, you have to send us your artwork to print on the tubes. If you want a specific color printed please send the color value of the color in your logo. We cannot guarantee the consistency of colors between multiple orders UNLESS you provide the color value of the color you want printed. If you do not provide your color value, we will try our best to match your logo to the color the machine prints but there may be a slight difference between the mock-up color on your monitor/phone and the color our machine prints.

HOW TO ORDER:
❤ Place order for tubes/boxes and checkout. (If you select boxes, include the typed out ingredient list you want printed on the back of your boxes via Etsy messenger or via email with your logo).
❤ Please send your logo artwork via Etsy messenger or email to Support@shopherboss.com and allow 24-48 hours for the mock-up to be sent to you for your approval to print or for any revision requests.
❤ Once you approve the mock-up, the order will be sent for printing. This can take between 4-6 business days and once your order is finished we will send images of the final product and attach the tracking to your order. (All custom orders are automatically shipped express, sample orders are shipped ground shipping and sometimes tracking will take 1-3 days to update. If your tracking has not updated after 3 days, please contact us for assistance.)
- Processing time: 4-6 business days after artwork is confirmed.
- Delivery time: 5-8 business days
Overall these should arrive within 2 - 3 weeks after placing order (unless rush my order is purchased, then will arrive within 2 weeks)

Shipping Policy
Our current processing time is 4-6 business days (business days are Mon-Fri). Orders will ship AFTER processing and shipment generally takes 4-5 business days. You should expect to have your order 2-2.5 weeks after you order.
All ready to ship items ship via USPS, Yanwen or Uniuni Ground. All Private Label items ship UPS/DHL/USPS/FEDEX Ground unless expedited.
All orders can be tracked on the "track your order" page once they have shipped.

Refund Policy
All sales are final. We are unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges unless a product has arrived defective.
Gift cards are not refundable.
Damages and issues
In the unlikely event that you receive the wrong item, contact our support team immediately within 48 hours of receipt. Customers must include photos of the issue.
How to Order Private Label
- Select the private label items you want and upload your logo via the upload box found above "add to cart" before adding items to your cart.
- Enter your color or shade selections and/or new shade names in your cart directly before hitting “checkout” (renaming products is not included in the pricing - you must purchase the rename stickers fee here).
- Once you complete your purchase, a mockup will be sent to the email you entered at checkout within 24 hours of you placing your order for you to approve the print or to request modifications.
- Once you approve the printing, your processing time begins. Your order will ship after your processing time is completed and you will receive a email to track your order.
- Wait patiently for your items to arrive at your doorstep ready to sell :)
